Wendy Zamora, Mrs. Southwestern Michigan United States® 2010

Wendy and her husband Phil have been married for five years and reside in Charlotte. They have two children and one grandson with another on the way.

Wendy is a military veteran, serving six years in the United States Marine Corps. She is involved in the Department of Michigan Marine Corps League as the Scholarship Chairman, Central Zone Vice Commandant and Fundraising Committee member. Wendy also serves as the Paymaster and Jr. Past Commandant of the Capital Detachment #148, Marine Corps League in Lansing.

She works weekly as a Female Advisor and Adjutant with the Tri-County Michigan Young Marines teaching todays youth: Leadership, Discipline, Close Order Drill and how to maintain a Drug Free Lifestyle.

In her spare time, she enjoys sewing, reading, sudoko puzzles and spending time with her family.
