Krista Duffin, Mrs. Kensington Valley United States® 2010

Krista is married to her best friend, Dan and together they patiently look forward to being blessed with children to give their unconditional love. They live in New Hudson and enjoy playing with their 2 sassy dogs and grumpy cat.

She has focused on her career as a Financial Advisor while working towards her degree at Eastern Michigan University.

Krista volunteers for organizations like Winning Futures and Girl Scouts of Southeastern Michigan. More recently, she organized a successful statewide collection called "Girl Scouts Give Hope for Haiti." Collecting medical supplies and high protein foods to be shipped directly to the Haitian families affected by January's devastating earthquake.

She is most passionate about her platform, "Let Your Inner Beauty Shine," empowering our youth to understand the importance that Self Esteem holds in building a solid foundation for the rest of their lives. It all begins here because "If you don't let your inner beauty shine, your outer beauty will never sparkle!."
