Kelly L. Cicotte, Mrs. Wayne County United States® 2009


Kelly is a 37-year-old resident of Woodhaven. In July 2008, she married her best friend of 20 years, Edward Cicotte. She is proud mother of Tyler, who is turning 15 in one month.

Kelly has degrees in Science and Dental Hygiene and has been a Registered Dental Hygienist at Parkside Dental Team for ten years. She is a volunteer for Michigan Make-A-Wish Foundation and an advocate for Children’s Dental Health Awareness.

Kelly’s reason for entering the Mrs. Michigan Pageant is to educate all women on the power they posses on the inside and inspire them to empower others. Kelly believes that it is not what you own, what you wear, or how you look that makes you powerful. It is what you believe in and the goals that you have achieve that people acknowledge and respect you for. As Mrs. Wayne County, Kelly’s goal is to teach others not to dream of success, but to live to succeed.
