Kate Vincent, Mrs. Western Michigan United States® 2008

Kate Vincent lives in Kentwood with Adam, her husband of eight years. They are the proud parents of Veronica, a beautiful 3 ½ year old. Kate graduated Magna Cum Laude from Hope College where she studied Business Administration and Dance.

She previously co-founded and owned her own real estate holding company before becoming a full time stay-at-home mom. She stays active in her community by volunteering for many local charities and groups such as the Greater Grand Rapids Reads Program, Mom’s Club International, and the Girl Scouts of America.

Having dealt with obesity and its side effects herself, Kate would like to help other women deal with the physical and emotional challenges associated with living at an unhealthy weight. She hopes to inspire others to take their lives back ... “One Pound at a Time.”
