Dr. Elizabeth McGhee, Mrs. Oxford United States® 2008

Elizabeth McGhee is the wife of Chuck McGhee and the mother of nine naturally-born children that she home schools. She has been married to Chuck for 27 and a half years. They own North Oakland Veterinary Associates in Oxford, Michigan.

Elizabeth is active in leading medical teams internationally with Mercy and Truth Medical Missions and is the former president and currently a board member. She leads a team to Africa and Peru.

Elizabeth is active in mentoring women and young people in the local community. She has authored two books and many magazine articles. She enjoys public speaking and is a lively speaker for many women’s organizations and home education conferences. Elizabeth believes in the mentoring programs available to day and feels the strength of our community and country lies in the strength of the family through mentoring.

Elizabeth has a diverse and colorful range of hobbies including flying (as the pilot), karate, sharp shooting, and raising chickens. Elizabeth considers this a red hat year as she has turned fifty and is loving it!
