Tamara Kellogg, Mrs. Central Michigan United States® 2008

Tami was born and raised in Saginaw, Michigan. She married Gary Kellogg in St. Thomas on July 4, 2007. She has five children and one grandchild.

In February of 2005, Tami, her husband, and a friend had the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be field audience members on Ford Field during the Super Bowl XL Pre-Game and Half-Time shows! She says it was the most awesome feeling to be running on and off the field during the nationally-televised Super Bowl game. It left her breathless!

Tami owns a statewide pompon and cheerleading competition that was started in 1987 as a fundraiser for her college dance team. Each year thereafter, Spirit Shine Celebration has grown and is now one of Michigan’s largest pompon and cheerleading competitions.
